HOUSTON, TX – Texas Children’s Health Plan has invited the public to celebrate the opening of The Center for Children and Women. The festivities will kick off with a ribbon cutting followed by family-friendly activities, including free food, music, face painting and much more. Guided tours of the facility will be offered along with information about The Center for Children and Women’s services.
The approximately 50,000-square-foot facility, located in the greater Greenspoint area of Houston, The Center for Children and Women is a primary care physician practice medical home for Texas Children’s Health Plan members. The facility is designed to address the shortage of primary care medical needs for the Medicaid and CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program) populations.
