Policy update

Starting on January 2023. Minors that do not come with a legal parent or guardian must get verbal approval to receive care.

A parent or guardian must be at the first visit to complete forms. For each visit after, the parent or guardian can call from then on. Parents must speak with the care team for medical related questions.

Elizabeth Delagarza, M.Ed., LPC

Elizabeth has experience working with multiple populations and across the medical and non-profit sectors with all demographics; including unaccompanied minors, children in foster care, domestic violence and medical setting. She has always worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team in order to meet all the needs a client may have. Beyond providing holistic therapeutic services to her patients and their families, she is interested in trauma, depression, anxiety, family dynamics and evidence based therapies. Additionally, she enjoys empowering parents & the larger family system to foster healing, strength, perseverance, and optimism through challenging times. Elizabeth likes to encourage her clients on their journey to better manage stress, anxiety, and depression. She uses a combination of therapy orientations tailored to the individual including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Family Systems Therapy to instill hope by reframing maladaptive, distorted thought patterns and foster positive coping skills. It is a great privilege to contribute to other lives.
