Dr. Christina Wood is a native Texan and received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin in 2012. She then completed Medical School in Houston, Texas at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth, followed by her Pediatrics Residency at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital. In 2021, she joined The Center for Children and Women – Southwest. She is also an Assistant Professor of Community Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Wood is committed to providing compassionate and family-centered care and enjoys helping children of all backgrounds live healthy and active lives.
