The Center for Children and Women está cerrando

Ambas ubicaciones de The Center for Children and Women cerrarán sus puertas permanentemente. La ubicación de Greenspoint cerrará el 1 de diciembre de 2023 y la ubicación de Southwest cerrará el 30 de junio de 2024. Estos cierres no cambiarán tu cobertura con Texas Children's Health Plan. Actualización de la política

A partir de enero de 2023. Los menores que no vengan con un padre o tutor legal deben obtener una aprobación verbal para recibir atención.

Un padre o tutor debe estar presente en la primera visita para completar los formularios. Para cada visita posterior, el padre o tutor puede llamar a partir de ese momento. Los padres deben hablar con el equipo de atención para preguntas médicas.

LaKeisha is a Clinical Therapist at the Center for Children and Women-Greenspoint. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a wealth of experience in various clinical settings.  Her experience includes working with youth and families involved in the foster care and adoption system, underserved populations, and crime victims. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Counseling. LaKeisha finds joy in helping others find hope in the midst of their pain and believes that healing happens within the context of relationships. She strives to create a warm, non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to gain awareness of themselves. She is passionate about meeting people right where they are and believes that all people have it within themselves the capacity for growth, change, and positive thinking.
