Stefanie received her Bachelor's in Psychology and Masters in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. Her experience includes working with youth and families involved in the foster care and adoption system as well as the juvenile probation department with Harris County. She currently provides individual, family (biological, foster care, adoptive, blended family) and new parent(s)/couples counseling addressing the following concerns: depression, anxiety, anger management, life transitions, post-partum depression and parent-child relationship.

She understands no specific modality works for everyone and works with you to ensure the right approach. Stefanie values each person's story and believes we all have the pieces within us to restore our true purpose and leading meaningful lives. She practices a collaborative and client-centered approach, giving you someone to hear you in a non-judgmental way and work together through life's challenges. Her people skills and positive interactions allow for the ability to build a relationship with individuals, which gives them great ease in opening up in a therapeutic setting.

In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and going to the movies
