Vaccines for Children Under 5

The Center for Children and Women continues to support our patients and their families during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have authorized the Pfizer and the Modern COVID-19 vaccines for children 6 months to 5 years old.

Vaccine appointments for these ages are now available through Texas Children’s locations.

Vaccines protect children as they learn in school, play sports, and enjoy the summer with friends. The health of your family is important to us, and we thank you for trusting us with your care.
