The Institute of Medicine (IOM) defines the patient-centered domain as "providing care that is respectful of and responsive to individual patient preferences, needs, and values and ensuring that patient values guide all clinical decisions." At The Center, we believe in compassion and respect for our patients and their families.

What do these scores mean?

Making sure our patients and their families are happy is important to our team. The ratings shown here are based on real patient responses, and our team works every day to achieve the highest scores possible. The best score possible is 100%. Overall, The Center received scores of 95% for pediatric patient care and 88% for obstetrics.
